Keeping a positive outlook has become increasingly challenging these days. With everything happening in the news, everyday responsibilities and just plain 'ole living, we could all use a boost!
So the question becomes, how can we tap into the power of positivity? How you see yourself and your surroundings make a huge difference to your thinking.
Every time a negative thought crawls into your mind, replace it with a positive thought. This sounds difficult, right? It definitely takes practice!
Ways to practice tapping in to positivity:
- See the positive side of every situation, even when you are surrounded by pure negativity.

At least once a day, take a moment and think of 5 things you are grateful for.

- Exercising is always a great way to get the positive vibes going!
- Don’t forget your beauty sleep. When you don't sleep enough, it makes room for negativity to enter!
