Winter can be a "not so good" time of year for many.  It gets dark outside early and it feels like it's midnight when it's only 5pm!  This can really impact your mood and your approach to your day-to-day living.   Here are a few ideas that can help you get through these colder months: 1.Keep a gratitude list or journal.  This will help your thoughts stay more positive and help with self esteem amongst other things.  List 3-5 things daily that you are truly grateful for.
