The perfect addition to your self care routine:

• Apply 2-3 dropperfuls into the palm of your hand.  Gently massage the oil into clean skin

• Massage 3-4 dropperfuls over your entire body after shower or bath.

• Apply half a dropper onto the scalp and massage to stimulate. You can also use as a deep treatment, wrap damp hair in a warm towel or cover with a plastic cap for 5-10 minutes.

• Use as a cuticle oil for nails too!

As a hot oil treatment for hair:

• Use 4-6 dropperfuls of the oil and massage in damp/wet hair from scalp to ends. Place plastic cap on and sit under dryer for 30 minutes. Rinse and style as normal.
  
• Can also be mixed in a bowl with your favorite conditioner, heat up in microwave safe bowl for 45 seconds. Massage in wet/damp hair from scalp to ends.  Place plastic cap on and sit under dryer for 30 minutes. Rinse and style as normal.
  
  
• For best results use as hot oil treatment 1-2 times per month.

Use as a scalp oil when wearing braids, twist outs and other natural styles.
